Ingredients
For the smoothie:
- 25g PER4M Advanced Whey Sweet & Salty Popcorn
- 120ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 60g frozen sliced banana
- A few ice cubes
- 1 tbsp toffee sauce (optional, to serve)
For the topping:
- A squirt of reduced fat spray cream
- A handful of Sweet & Salty popcorn

Method
Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender jug.
Blend well until thick and creamy.
Squeeze the toffee sauce down the inside of the serving glass (if using).
