FAQs

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method. You should also receive a tracking link in this email to enable you to check delivery updates. If your delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us via our contact us page.

DPD requires up to 7 business days to investigate after your initial contact for us to resolve any issues and contact couriers re your shipment if it is delayed. After this time if not resolved you will have the option for a refund or a replacement sent.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days dependent on your own banks processing time

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

As soon as you place your order, your order goes to process. Contact us via our contact us page and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that once the order has been received we will not be able to make any amendments to it.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately once the order has been placed due to credit card regulations we will be unable to change your shipping address. We would have to cancel the order if absolutely needed.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order and you're a UK customer, please contact us via our contact us page, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If after checking your junk folder  you have still not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact us page 

IMY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If our couriers have made multiple attempts to deliver to you and been unsuccessful and the order has been returned then you will be refunded for the cost of the items minus any shipping costs. If the non delivery is the fault of PER4M or designated courier then you will receive a full refund

I FORGOT TO ADD MY PROMO CODE OR PROMO ITEM?

In some instances if we are contacted within 15 mins of the order being placed we may be able to accommodate your request.If the order has already been processed to the warehouse we will be unable to add the promo code or free item so please take care to enter your codes at checkout

  • £0-£84.99 - £5.00 shipping UK next working day
  • £85 or over - FREE shipping UK next working day

Shipping costs are based on value of order and not a guarantee of delivery date

  • UK Next Working Day Shipping (if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday,Please note this means we ship next business day and is not a guarantee of next day delivery as such we cannot offer refunds for late deliveries. Furthernote that if you order next day shipping on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive from Tuesday onwards : not inclusive of public holidays) . Next working day deliveries are not guaranteed due to DPDs terms and conditions.
  • International: We currently do not offer international shipments
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you wish to return your product you can contact us by email  within 48hrs  of your goods being delivered. We must receive the unwanted items within 7 days of contact and returned at your expense. We are not able to process any returns until the goods have been received so please used a signed for service. Please include full details of your return including order number, name, contact details and address. Please allow up to 10 business days from the return being received for the return to be processed

As there are food items and perishable goods we will only refund products that are fully sealed If the product is opened or part consumed then we are not able to exchange, replace or offer a refund

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN?

We do offer some products that are Vegan or Vegetarian and should be highlighted in the product page. If you are unsure or need further information please contact us via the contact us page.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We try and feature this on all products pages if we have missed any or you would like more information please contact us via out contact us page.

HOW CAN I REMOVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE?

If you would like all information regarding yourself removed from our database, please contact us via our contact us page.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR NEWSLETTER?

Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or email you receive from us, alternatively contact us via our contact us page and we can remove your information completely.

We aim to respond to all communication within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during promotional periods.

Yes they are widely sold in specialty retailers, gyms and health food stores across the UK and EU and major online retailers including Amazon.
