WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method. You should also receive a tracking link in this email to enable you to check delivery updates. If your delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us via our contact us page or email us at support@per4mnutrition.com

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

As soon as you place your order, your order goes to process. Contact us via our contact us page and we will try to accommodate you.Please note that once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to make any amendments to it.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order and you're a UK customer, please contact us via our contact us page, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact us page or email us at support@per4mnutrition.com.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days)- £2.99 or free when you spend £25 or over.

Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) - £4.99 or free if you spend £50 or over

International:

We currently do not offer international shipments

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you wish to return your product you can contact us by email or post within 7 days of your goods being delivered. We must receive the unwanted items within 14 days of contact and returned at your expense. We are not able to process any returns until the goods have been received so please used a signed for service. Please include full details of your return including order number, name, contact details and address. Please allow up to 10 business days from the return being received for the return to be processed

We will only refund products that are fully sealed If the product is opened or part consumed then we are not able to exchange, replace or offer a refund

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN?

We do offer some products that are Vegan or Vegetarian and should be highlighted in the product page. If you are unsure or need further information please contact us via the contact us page.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We try and feature this on all products pages if we have missed any or you would like more information please contact us via out contact us page.

HOW CAN I REMOVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE?

If you would like all information regarding yourself removed from our database, please contact us via our contact us page.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR NEWSLETTER?

Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter or email you receive from us, alternatively contact us via our contact us page and we can remove your information completely.

I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

We aim to respond to all communication within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during promotional periods.

ARE PER4M PRODUCTS SOLD AT ANY OTHER RETAILERS?

Yes they are widely sold in specialty retailers, gyms and health food stores across the UK and EU and major online retailers including Amazon.
