Returns & Refund Policy

At Per4m, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we’ve made the process simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return through our support team at support@per4mbetter.com.

Please note:

  • We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.per4mbetter.com.
  • If you purchased through a third-party retailer (e.g. Amazon, eBay, or in-store), please contact them directly for returns and refunds.

Changed Your Mind? (Consumer Cancellation Rights)

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased from www.per4mbetter.com
  • You notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is in resalable condition, which means:
  • Unopened and unused
  • Undamaged and clean
  • In its original, intact packaging

 For clothing:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original clear packaging

 If your purchase included free promotional items, these must also be returned. If they are not included, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

 Return Shipping Costs:

If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind (within 14 days), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be sent using a tracked courier service.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@per4mbetter.com

We will:

  • Cover the cost of return shipping
  • Offer a replacement or a full refund, including your original delivery charges

To help us process this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any damaged packaging

  1. Include a Note Inside the Parcel with the Following Details:

  • Phone number

Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in suitable condition, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns that do not meet our criteria or lack the required information may result in delays or denial of a refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
