At Per4m, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we’ve made the process simple and
hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product back to us.
Please note:
- We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.per4mbetter.com.
- If you purchased through a third-party retailer (e.g. Amazon, eBay, or
in-store), please contact them directly for returns and refunds.
Changed Your Mind? (Consumer Cancellation Rights)
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased from www.per4mbetter.com
- You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order
The item is in resalable condition, which means:
- Unopened and unused
- Undamaged and clean
- In its original, intact packaging
For clothing:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all tags still attached
- In the original clear packaging
If your purchase included free promotional items, these must also be returned. If they are not included, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind (within 14 days), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns must be sent using a tracked courier service as Per4m will not hold any responsibility for missing return parcels.

- Your order number
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in suitable condition, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Returns that do not meet our criteria or lack the required information may result in delays or denial of a refund.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you’ve received a wrong or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@per4mbetter.com
If your parcel is missing or has been returned to sender, please contact us within 48 hours at support@per4mbetter.com
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and effectively as possible.
To help us process this quickly, please include in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any damaged packaging
- The product information from any packaging; BBE, LOT number, Batch number.
Please note, Per4m will not be liable for any delivery issues generated due to incorrect shipping address information entered when ordering.
If you have entered any incorrect information, please contact us at support@per4mbetter.com immediately so that we can try to amend the order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
