Ingredients
- 1 x Per4m Cookies ’N Creme protein bar
- 270g Fage Total 0% Greek yoghurt
- 25g Per4m Cookies 'N Creme or Vanilla Creme protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 15g dark chocolate chips

Method
Chop the Per4m Cookies ’N’ Creme protein bar into bite-sized pieces.
Line the base of a small loaf tin with baking paper.
Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Add half of the chopped protein bar and stir gently.
Transfer to the tin and spread evenly to cover the base.
Dot the remaining pieces around the surface of the mixture and press in gently to partially submerge in the mixture.
Cover with cling film and freeze for 3 hours, or until solid.
Run a knife around the edge of the tin and carefully remove. Place on a flat surface e.g. chopping board.
Cut into 5 bars.
Consume immediately or wrap individually and freeze for up to 3 weeks.
