Ingredients
- 60g quick cook oats (use gluten free if preferred)
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 25g Per4m Cookies N' Creme flavour protein powder
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
For the topping:
- 1 cookie, broken into small pieces

Method
Place the oats and milk in a saucepan and heat over a medium flame for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more milk during if the mixture becomes too thick
Stir in the chia seeds
Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes
Add the protein powder and stir rapidly until smooth and creamy
Transfer to a bowl and add scatter the chocolate chips and cookie pieces over the top
Consume immediately
