Per4m Summer Sale 2026 Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is HATCH 19 LIMITED, trading as Per4m Better, of Unit 13 Seafire Way, Burscough, Ormskirk, England, L40 8AH (“Per4m”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These terms apply to the Per4m Summer Sale, including the Free Summer Stack offer and hidden £500 Travel Voucher promotion.
2. Promotion Period
The Per4m Summer Sale starts at 8:00PM BST on 29 June 2026 and ends at 8:00PM BST on 30 July 2026.
Qualifying orders must be placed on per4mbetter.com during this period.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Per4m, its group companies, agents, suppliers, affiliates and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible.
Per4m may request proof of age, identity, address and eligibility before issuing a prize.
4. How to Qualify for a Free Summer Stack
To qualify for a Free Summer Stack, customers must place an order with a qualifying spend of £100 or more in one transaction during the Promotion Period.
The qualifying spend is calculated:
- after any discounts have been applied;
- before delivery charges;
- excluding gift card purchases, delivery charges and previous orders.
One Free Summer Stack is available per qualifying order, while stocks last.
No additional payment is required to participate in the hidden Travel Voucher promotion beyond placing a qualifying order.
5. The Free Summer Stack
Each Free Summer Stack includes:
- 1 x 400g Flavoured Creatine;
- 1 x 210g Hydrate Electrolyte Mix;
- 5 x Whey Protein Sample Sachets; and
- 1 x Per4m Shaker.
Creatine flavour, Hydrate flavour, Whey Protein sample flavours and shaker colour are selected at random.
Flavours and shaker colour cannot be chosen, changed, exchanged or substituted. Promotional imagery is illustrative only and may not show the exact products, flavours or shaker colour received.
The Free Summer Stack is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for another product, credit or cash.
Customers are responsible for checking all product labels, ingredients and allergen information before use. Whey Protein sample sachets contain milk.
6. Hidden £500 Travel Voucher Promotion
Two qualifying Summer Stacks issued during the Promotion Period will contain a hidden Travel Voucher card.
Each Travel Voucher card entitles the eligible recipient to one £500 Travel Voucher.
There are two £500 Travel Vouchers available in total.
Only customers who place a qualifying order of £100 or more and receive a Summer Stack are eligible to receive a hidden Travel Voucher card.
No person may receive more than one Travel Voucher.
7. How Winners Will Know and Claim
A winner will know they have won when they find a Travel Voucher card inside their Summer Stack.
The Travel Voucher card will include a unique claim code and instructions on how to claim.
Winners will also be contacted by email from marketing@per4mbetter.com using the email address supplied with their qualifying order.
There is no cost to claim the Travel Voucher.
Winners must respond to the claim email and provide any reasonably requested verification information within 14 days of the email being sent.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible or cannot provide reasonable verification details, Per4m may withdraw the prize.
8. Returns, Cancellations and Eligibility
Customers do not need to return their Summer Stack if they return part or all of their qualifying order.
However, if an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in whole or in part and the final value of products retained falls below £100, that customer will no longer be eligible for the hidden Travel Voucher promotion.
Where a customer has found a Travel Voucher card but their final retained order value falls below £100 before the Travel Voucher has been issued, the Travel Voucher will be void.
Nothing in these terms affects a customer’s statutory rights.
9. Data Protection
Personal data supplied in connection with this promotion will be used only to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and issue prizes, unless the customer has separately opted in to marketing communications.

10. General
Per4m reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these terms.
Per4m accepts no responsibility for orders, communications or claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Per4m may withdraw, suspend or amend the promotion only where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and where doing so does not unfairly disadvantage customers who have already participated.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
