Cherry Bakewell, but make it functional. These no-bake cherry almond energy balls bring that classic sweet-tart vibe with a proper protein upgrade, thanks to Per4m Advanced Cherry Bakewell flavour protein powder.

Packed with oats, almonds, chia and flax for steady energy, then finished with sour cherries and dark chocolate chips, they’re soft, nutty, and ridiculously snackable. Ideal for meal prep, pre-gym fuel, or a mid afternoon fix, with around 8g protein per ball.

Ingredients

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 30g ground almonds  
  • 60g Per4m Advanced Cherry Bakewell flavour protein powder 
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 25g unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 60g almond butter
  • 30g ground flax seed
  • 40g dried sour cherries
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 20g dark chocolate chips

Method

Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the almond milk and chocolate chips.

Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Slowly add the milk, a small amount at a time, and stir well until the mixture is slightly sticky.

Add the chocolate chips and stir well.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out some of the mixture and form into a ball.

Repeat with the remaining mixture until all used up.

Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze on the same day.
