Another delicious recipe from@wavesfitness Blueberry Protein Brownies 🍫

 I’ve gone back to the roots of this page and put a healthier, higher protein spin on a random baked good, the result? Blueberry protein brownies 💪

I N G R E D I E N T S
22g oat flour
56g cocoa powder
48g@per4mbetter blueberry muffin whey
½ tsp espresso powder (optional but brings the choc flavour out)
110g banana
1 egg
15g@sweetfreedomuk choc shot
1 tsp vanilla extract
160g@alpro almond milk
30g coconut oil
40g chocolate chunks + another 10g for topping
50g blueberries

M E T H O D
Preheat oven to 180°C and line an 8x8 pan
Combine oat flour, protein powder and cocoa in a bowl
Mash the banana and mix in the egg, choc shot, vanilla and almond milk
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Melt the coconut oil and 40g choc chips in the microwave and add to brownie batter
Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle on the remaining choc chips and blueberries
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until just cooked through and top has set
Let cool and slice, store in the fridge
