        USAGE

        RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 1 scoop with 200ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 1 serving between meals and another immediately post exercise or physical activity.

          Best protein!

          I’m super fussy with protein but this tasted amazing & it was just like carrot cake. Good texture as well, not gritty or too thick. Went amazing with Alrpo yoghurt, in oats or by itself. Everything about this protein was a 10
