"I’ve had a couple of Per4ms products now. The carrot cake whey has been the one I always go back to. The flavour is incredible and the consistency when mixed even with water is spot on, no watery and tasteless shakes. Only negative I could say about it is the protein amount is a little low per serving compared to other brands but this isn’t too much of an issue. Will for sure keep purchasing."

"Perhaps the most accurate flavour profile of any protein i've tried. If you like carrot cake you cannot go wrong. Texture of the whey drip is consistent with every other Per4m flavour. Tried it ontop of my oat bowl (the standardised test of protein quality) and it's got to be top 3 for me. Package was delivered securely and promptly as always, no issues there. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method. You should also receive a tracking link in this email to enable you to check delivery updates. If your delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us via our contact us page.

DPD requires up to 7 business days to investigate after your initial contact for us to resolve any issues and contact couriers re your shipment if it is delayed. After this time if not resolved you will have the option for a refund or a replacement sent.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days dependent on your own banks processing time

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

As soon as you place your order, your order goes to process. Contact us via our contact us page and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that once the order has been received we will not be able to make any amendments to it.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately once the order has been placed due to credit card regulations we will be unable to change your shipping address. We would have to cancel the order if absolutely needed.

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order and you're a UK customer, please contact us via our contact us page, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If after checking your junk folder  you have still not received your order confirmation Email after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact us page 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If our couriers have made multiple attempts to deliver to you and been unsuccessful and the order has been returned then you will be refunded for the cost of the items minus any shipping costs. If the non delivery is the fault of PER4M or designated courier then you will receive a full refund

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you wish to return your product you can contact us by email within 48hrs of your goods being delivered. We must receive the unwanted items within 7 days of contact and returned at your expense. We are not able to process any returns until the goods have been received so please use a sign for service. Please include full details of your return including order number, name, contact details and address. Please allow up to 10 business days from the return being received for the return to be processed

As there are food items and perishable goods we will only refund products that are fully sealed If the product is opened or part consumed then we are not able to exchange, replace or offer a refund
