Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 220g ripe bananas
- 80g smooth nut butter of your choice
- 50g PER4M Advanced Whey White Chocolate Hazelnut
- 2 small eggs
- 160ml milk of your choice
- 150g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 10g white chocolate chips (use dairy free if preferred)
For the topping:
- 10g white chocolate chips (use dairy free if preferred)

Method
Preheat oven to 180˚C/350˚F. Grease a medium-sized baking dish with oil.
Place the bananas in a bowl and mash well.
Add the nut butter, protein powder, eggs, and milk. Stir well.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle 10g white chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the centre is just firm.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 bars.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
