Transform the classic campfire treat into a delightful frozen snack with these S’mores Ice Lollies. Combining the rich flavours of chocolate, marshmallows, and Per4m S’mores Protein Powder, this recipe delivers all the nostalgia of s’mores with a high-protein twist. Ingredients
- 15g mini marshmallows
- 10g milk or dark chocolate chips
For the base mix:
- 110g frozen sliced banana
- 40g Per4m S’mores flavour protein powder
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk
- 30ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk
To coat:
- 30g milk chocolate
- 5g coconut oil
- a few mini marshmallows
For the topping:
- 1 cookie, broken into small pieces

Method
Blend the base mix ingredients in a blender or food processor for 2 minutes, until creamy.
Stir in the 15g mini marshmallows and 10g chocolate chips.
Spoon into 4 ice cream mold compartments then freeze for 5 hours, or until solid.
Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl. Stir in the coconut oil. Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes until still slightly warm but runny.
Remove each ice lolly from its mold and place it onto a baking tray.
Drizzle the chocolate over each lolly or dip the lolly halfway into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle the additional marshmallows over the chocolate.
Place each ice lolly onto the baking tray while the chocolate sets. Freeze until ready to serve.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
