With layers of spiced oats, protein yoghurt, crunchy granola and mixed nuts, every spoonful feels like a treat — while delivering the macros to keep you on track.
Ingredients
For the oat layer:
- 50g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
- 110ml unsweetened almond milk
- 20g PER4M Pumpkin Spiced Latte Whey Protein
For the protein yoghurt:
- 60g Fage Total 0% yoghurt
- 10g PER4M Pumpkin Spiced Latte Whey Protein
Toppings:
- 15g granola of your choice
- 10g mixed nuts (e.g. pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)

Method
Place the oat layer ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours, or overnight if preferred.
Stir again and add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick, then transfer to a serving bowl or mason jar.
In a separate bowl, mix the protein yoghurt ingredients until smooth.
Top the oats with granola, spoon over the protein yoghurt, and finish with the mixed nuts.
Serve and enjoy.
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 24 hours.
