As requested the recipe for the Double cinnamon & coconut protein balls from ninaameli92
- 2-3 scoops per4m whey Advanced protein - cinnamon donut(I used 3 for more protein)
- 200 ml Almond milk
- 100 gr oats
- 100 gr pitted dates
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup(or calorie sticky Syrup)
- 1-2 tbsp of sweet cinnamon (depending on how cinnamon mad you are)
- pinch sea salt
- desiccated coconut
Add the oats to a blender to break them down a bit. Add the rest of ingredients except for the desiccated coconut and mix until it forms a thick dough. If it's too sticky add a little more almond milk.
After rolling it into balls, roll them into the desiccated coconut.
Freeze for 1 1/2-2 hours depending on how firm you want them.
Freeze because they last longer and they like cinammon & coconut ice cream balls. Not too firm to eat tho 😉
And most of all try not to eat the whole tray
