Satisfy your sweet cravings while staying on track with these rich, chocolatey protein energy balls. Packed with PER4M Advanced Whey Chocolate Brownie Batter, they’re perfect for a pre-workout boost, post-training snack, or even as a healthy dessert alternative.
Easy to make and full of flavour, these bite-sized treats deliver a hit of protein and slow-release carbs to keep you energised throughout the day.
Ingredients
- 85g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
- 60g PER4M Advanced Whey Chocolate Brownie Batter
- 2 tsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 130ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
- 25g smooth almond butter
- 25g Greek yoghurt (use gluten free if preferred)
- 50g cream cheese (use dairy free if preferred)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
For the coating:
- 3 tbsps chocolate sprinkles
- 3 tbsps unsweetened coconut flakes, crushed

Method
Place the oats in a blender and blend until finely ground. Pour the oats into a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the milk. Mix well using a fork until combined.
Add the milk gradually, stirring until combined.
Cover and freeze for one hour.
Roll into 10 balls.
Place the coating ingredients onto two separate plates.
Roll each ball in the coconut flakes, followed by the chocolate sprinkles.
Freeze for 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and freeze for up to two weeks.
