Banana Oat Bars 🍌

Something quick and easy to make with the forever supply of ripe bananas everyone seems to have 🍌

Ingredients
90g @quakeroatsuk oats
90g oat flour (I ground @quakeroatsukin the blender)
30g @per4mbetter cinnamon donut protein (
1 tsp baking powder
240g ripe banana (about 3 small bananas)
120ml milk (I used @almondbreezeukalmond milk)
60ml @sweetfreedomuk syrup
Add ins:
40g walnuts, chopped
50g chocolate chunks

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line an 8x8 pan
Combine the dry ingredients
Mash the banana and add other wet ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix
Add in walnuts and chocolate and mix - reserve some of each for sprinkling on top because ✨aesthetics✨
Pour into the lined baking tin
Bake for 18-20 minutes until form and lightly golden
