Ingredients
For the oat layer:
- 120ml milk of your choice
- 50g oats
- 25g Per4m Baklava Whey Advanced Protein Powder
For the topping:
- 180g Fage Total 0% Greek yoghurt
- 10g chopped pistachios or flaked almonds
- 25g pomegranate seeds

Method
Place the oat ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight if preferred.
Stir again. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk.
Transfer to a mason jar or bowl. Top with Greek yoghurt.
Sprinkle over pistachios or almonds and pomegranate seeds. Serve.
