These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Transform with Per4m Challenge. By signing up and participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Personal Data
1.1 By signing up to our Transform with Per4m Challenge, you grant Per4m permission to use your photograph(s) for public use, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, websites, and publications.1.2 You also grant permission for us to contact you via email and SMS with marketing materials, promotions, and updates related to the Challenge and future campaigns.
2. Accuracy of Information
2.1 By signing up for the Challenge, you warrant that all information submitted in your entry is true, accurate, and complete in every respect.2.2 Per4m reserves the right to verify the information provided in your entry and your eligibility to participate in the Challenge.
3. Eligibility and Disqualification
3.1 Any participants found to have submitted false, inaccurate, or misleading information will be deemed ineligible to win any prize.3.2 In the event Per4m discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has made an illegitimate entry, the entrant and any associated entries will be disqualified. If the entrant has already been selected as a winner, an alternative prize-winner will be chosen.
4. Selection of Winners
4.1 Prize-winners will be selected and notified as outlined in the Competition Terms.4.2 The decision of Per4m regarding the selection of winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Liability
5.1 Per4m accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Challenge, including any disappointment resulting from not winning a prize.5.2 Participants enter the Challenge at their own risk, and Per4m will not be held liable for any issues arising during participation.
6. General
6.1 Per4m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
