This tropical mango, coconut, and cardamom pudding is a refreshing and nutritious way to satisfy your sweet tooth! Made with ripe mango, creamy Greek yoghurt, and a hint of aromatic cardamom, this protein-packed pudding uses Per4m Coconut Creme protein powder for an added boost. Simple to prepare and full of flavour, it's perfect for a quick dessert or snack, offering the right balance of carbs and protein to fuel your day.

Ingredients

  • 75g ripe or frozen mango
  • 100g Greek yoghurt (use dairy-free if preferred)      
  • 25g Per4m coconut creme protein powder
  • 70ml milk of your choice
  • A small pinch of ground cardamom seeds
To serve:
  • 50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy-free if preferred)        
  • A few mint leaves, to garnish (optional)

Method

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.

Transfer to a serving bowl, layering with the additional 50g Greek yoghurt.

Serve garnished with mint leaves (optional).
