Ingredients
- 75g ripe or frozen mango
- 100g Greek yoghurt (use dairy-free if preferred)
- 25g Per4m coconut creme protein powder
- 70ml milk of your choice
- A small pinch of ground cardamom seeds
- 50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy-free if preferred)
- A few mint leaves, to garnish (optional)
