Ingredients
For the drizzle
- 15g smooth nut butter of your choice
- Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
For the cream of rice
- 30-50g Per4m caramel biscuit cream of rice
- Recently boiled water
For the topping
- 1 x Crushed caramel biscuit

Method
To make the drizzle, place the nut butter in a saucepan over a low flame. When warm, add a small amount of milk and stir well. Stir in more milk until you achieve a slightly runny, creamy consistency. Remove pan from heat and set aside.
Place the cream of rice in a large bowl and slowly add a small amount of recently boiled water. Whisk until smooth. Add more water until you achieve the desired consistency.
Transfer the cream of rice to a serving bowl. Drizzle or dot the nutty drizzle over the cream of rice. Sprinkle the crushed biscuit over the top.
Consume immediately.
