My current breakfast addiction as it keeps me full up ALL MORNING !!
I had seen baked crumpet recipes for months and thought ' im not sure if that'll taste nice or not '... well lemme tell ya.....they're amazing !!๐คฃ๐คฃ๐

Finding a breakfast that fills you up and keeps you going on a busy day is a must so make sure to try it !
Preheat oven to 180ยฐ
2 crumpets - toasted 1 egg 1 scoop of protein ( i use per4m from @png_uk ! ) 40g frozen raspberries 25g biscoff spread 12g sea salt dark chocolate Sprinkle of cinnamon
Break your crumpets up and place in oven proof dish
Mix egg and protein together then pour over crumpets mixture
Sprinkle raspberries and broken up chocolate over the top
Bake for 10 minutes ( perfect time , do an ab circuit or a quick hiit session if you'reclaiming you don't have the time ?)
Melt your biscoff in the microwave for 30 seconds (no more or it burns ๐คฃ)
Once baked, pour biscoff over your crumpet concoction and then sprinkle on cinnamon !!
