Get on this tasty snack from@ashwestman 🎂🍌 Banana bread Carrot Cake 🥕🎂
This mornings first breakfast, pre-workout! And OMG was it good!! Baked it last night ready for this morning 🤤 It turned out perfect, even if I do say so myself 🙈 Delicious and moist!
I wanted it protien fuelled too, so there was only one choice for the whey used in this,@per4mbetter new flavour 'carrot cake' which is absolutely spot on 🙌🏻
I enjoyed it with@wholeearthfoodscrunchy dark roast peanut butter, mashed banana and maple syrup mix for the spread and a sprinkle of@lizis_official granola to finish 😋🤤🙌🏻
2 ripe (brown spots) banana mashed
100g Oat flour (rolled oats blended to flour)
60g@per4mbetter carrot cake whey
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 Tsp ginger
100ml skimmed milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup
110g grated carrot
Mixed all wet ingredients together, then mixed all dry ingredients together. Added dry ingredients to wet and combined. Poured into greased loaf tin and baked @ 170c (fan forced) for 40min!
