This mornings first breakfast, pre-workout! And OMG was it good!! Baked it last night ready for this morning 🀀 It turned out perfect, even if I do say so myself πŸ™ˆ Delicious and moist!

I wanted it protien fuelled too, so there was only one choice for the whey used in this,@per4mbetter new flavour 'carrot cake' which is absolutely spot on πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I enjoyed it with@wholeearthfoodscrunchy dark roast peanut butter, mashed banana and maple syrup mix for the spread and a sprinkle of@lizis_official granola to finish πŸ˜‹πŸ€€πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Ingredients:
2 ripe (brown spots) banana mashed
100g Oat flour (rolled oats blended to flour)
60g@per4mbetter carrot cake whey
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 Tsp ginger
100ml skimmed milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup
110g grated carrot
1 egg

How too
Mixed all wet ingredients together, then mixed all dry ingredients together. Added dry ingredients to wet and combined. Poured into greased loaf tin and baked @ 170c (fan forced) for 40min!
