Ingredients:
25g Per4m Chocolate Brownie Whey Protein Powder
140ml unsweetened almond milk
60g ripe avocado
60g frozen or fresh sliced banana
A few ice cubes
Serves 1
Method:
Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until thick and creamy. Serve. Top with whip cream and brownie bites for a more dessert-style shake!
